Ya̋ym Lǟky Kēä was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the late 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Ya̋ym Lǟky Kēä is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Ya̋ym Lǟky Kēä is is constructed arround a semi-circular spacious worn bedrock mainstreet, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town has a defencive wall made from large clay bricks. The wall is constructed to the exact specifications of millitary fortifications, but the nature of its clay brick construction leaves it vulnerable to even outdated siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. The town's brittle defences are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.
Right off the bat Ya̋ym Lǟky Kēä hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things.

Cultural Notes
A substantial minority of the locals are descended from foreigners alien to their local neighbors. They may have been religious exiles, economic migrants, indigenous locals surrounded by the existing polity, or a foreign settlement conquered within the relatively recent past. The locals may not be enthusiastic about being ruled by others not of their kind, and their neighbors may look askance at the way foreign customs or even laws may be maintained.
Ya̋ym Lǟky Kēä's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by towering round arches, massive stone and brickwork, small windows, thick walls, and a propensity for housing art and sculpture depicting mythological scenes. The building's general shape would be a clever and ascetic combination of geometric shapes, which would be blended together by joining elements. The style's decorative features were largely internal rather than external and incorporated semicircular arches for windows, doors, and arcades; barrel or groin vaults to support the roof of the nave; massive piers and walls, with few windows, to contain the outward thrust of the vaults; side aisles with galleries above them..
In Ya̋ym Lǟky Kēä every night at precisely midnight every structure in town is engulfed by sailors fire until the end of the witching hour.
Ya̋ym Lǟky Kēä's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves line dance to channel Mysticism energies of tier 3 via recitation of scripture.

The conflict ended after roughly 108, when members of Ya̋ym Lǟky Kēä's militia enacted an operation to escort a particular settlment to a safe location. The operation was complicated by the army's activities draw the wrath of formerly neutral parties. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in a stalemate for Ya̋ym Lǟky Kēä's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Ya̋ym Lǟky Kēä's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
